ABOUT OUR CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Born in the Southern United States, raised on the West Coast, becoming an adult on the East Coast, Nikia Chanae is inspired by the Black Diaspora experience of "making" as a means to survival and delight in life. Coming from a lineage of seamstresses, who are dynamic, prolific and resourceful women, her birthright is to create.
